Refund Policy – Digital Products & Startup Packs
Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales of startup packs and template bundles are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience any technical issues or have concerns with your purchase, please contact us at info@stuarthallconsulting.co.nz within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Bookings for consulting sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.
This refund policy applies only to fixed-price downloadable products and startup packages sold through our website. For all consulting services, please refer to our full Terms of Trade.
